-½ kg meat
-3 tbsp oil
-1 cup water
-1 cup thick coconut cream Procedure
-Brown ½ kg meat in 3 tbsp oil.
-Dilute McCormick Curry Recipe Mix in 1 cup water and 1 cup thick coconut cream.
-Stir mixture into browned meat, add vegetables and simmer covered until meat is cooked through.
